We all need places where we feel seen and connected - but finding them isn’t always easy. At Reconnect Scotland, we believe community can be (re)discovered and built - one connection at a time.

Community Hub

Our community hub is built around three layers of connection:

  • One-to-One Connection

Let’s start small - just two people.
What does it mean to really connect to someone? To listen, to notice, to feel noticed?
These sessions gently explore the basics of presence, listening, and empathy.

  • Belonging in Community

Being part of a group can feel warm and grounding, or sometimes a little daunting.
Here we explore what community means, how it shifts during life changes, and how we might create spaces of belonging together.

  • Creative & Alternative Connection

    Connection doesn’t always need words.
Sometimes it comes through painting, walking, playing, or simply being side by side.
These workshops open space for light, playful, non-verbal ways of being together.

Our Community Spaces

  • Sunday Circle

    Sunday Circle

A weekly creative wellbeing circle for women to slow down, connect, and create in community. Each session offers a soft theme - from reflection and self-care to grounding rituals and simple creative practices. Sunday Circle isn’t about artistic skill; it’s about presence, expression, and being together. A few quiet hours to settle, make with your hands, and feel supported in gentle company.

  • Rest and Renew: A Relaxing Sound Bath Experience

January can often feel like a slow or heavy month. It’s a time when many of us are finding our rhythm again and looking for a gentle reset.

Rest and Renew offers you the space to pause, unwind, and reconnect before the busier months ahead. This 60-minute Sound Bath will include a grounding guided meditation, therapeutic sound bath, and deep rest.

  • Person working on colorful clay craft project at a wooden table with foam clay, craft tools, and instructional materials.

    CRASP

CRASP is a creative relational space designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself through hands-on making. Through painting, clay, crocheting, beadwork and other playful mediums, CRASP invites you to slow down, soften, and create without pressure. It’s a gentle pause from the demands of everyday life - a place to explore, express, and feel held in a warm, community-rooted environment.

  • Power, Freedom and Belonging in a Fragmented World — The Book Club

[Febr start on Tuesdays] A reflective, discussion-based book club exploring what it means to live, care, and connect in a fragmented world. Each month we gather around a selected piece of writing and use it as a starting point to talk about power, freedom, belonging, and the ways we relate to one another. It’s a space for open conversation, curiosity, and shared meaning - come as you are, with your thoughts, questions, and cup of tea.

  • Travel-themed flat lay with camera, passport, sunglasses, Polaroid photo, vintage radio, string of light bulbs, and a map of the world on a flat surface.

    Home Away From Home

[Febr start] Home Away From Home is a 10-week therapist-led workshop series about belonging, grounding, and finding your footing in times of transition. Designed for anyone navigating change - moving country, starting again, or searching for steadiness - this group blends gentle discussion with expressive activities. Together, we explore what “home” means, how to create it within ourselves, and how to root into a sense of place and connection wherever we are.
