Sunday Circle
A slow, nourishing space for women
Welcome
The Sunday Circle is a slow, nourishing space for women to unwind and reconnect with themselves at the close of the week.
It’s not a class or a therapy group — just two quiet hours to breathe, create with your hands, and settle into stillness together.
Each week we follow the rhythm of the seasons and the small transitions in our lives. Through simple, tactile making and gentle conversation, we listen inward and let what needs to unfold, unfold.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your tiredness, your calm — there’s space for it all.
Sundays 2:30–4:30 pm | £5 | ReConnect Scotland
🌿 January Sunday Circle Theme
Coming Back Gently
January is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning — softly — to yourself and to other women.
🕯️ Sunday 4 January : Arriving
Core intention
A gentle re-entry into shared space after the end of the year.
No reflection on 2024. No goal-setting for 2025.
This circle is about arriving - in your body, in the room, and with other women - without needing to explain where you’ve been or how you’re feeling.
What this week holds
Settling after December
Letting go of the pressure to “start well”
Being seen without updating or performing
🌱 Sunday 11 January : What We’re Carrying
Core intention
Noticing what we’ve brought into the year - emotionally, relationally, physically - without trying to change it.
A circle for gently noticing what we’re carrying into the year - without judgement, fixing, or expectation.
What this week holds
Acknowledging emotional residue from last year
Making space for heaviness and lightness
Normalising mixed feelings
🌊 Sunday 18 January: Rest Without Earning It
Core intention
Exploring rest as something relational and deserved — not something we justify, optimise, or earn.
This circle explores rest — not as something to earn or explain, but as something we’re allowed to receive.
What this week holds
Challenging productivity narratives
Naming exhaustion without shame
Rest as resistance, care, and connection
🔗 Sunday 25 January: Being With Others, Gently
Core intention
Exploring connection without performance, caretaking, or emotional labour.
A circle about being with other women gently — without fixing, advising, or holding it all together.
What this week holds
Letting go of roles we carry in groups
Exploring presence without responsibility
Connection without obligation
💬 Stay Connected
We’ve created a Sunday Circle WhatsApp Community to share themes, photos, and creative ideas between circles.
It’s an easy way to stay in touch and feel part of a growing community of women who value reflection and creativity.
