About Us
At ReConnect Scotland, we believe that healing happens in relation - to others, to ourselves, and to the wider world.
Founded by an integrative counsellor, ReConnect Scotland was born from therapeutic work and research into what feels supportive for our emotional wellbeing. When looking into this, one theme kept coming up again and again: we are shaped in connection. Our mental health, our sense of self, our patterns and hopes - they all emerge through the relationships we encounter.
At ReConnect Scotland, we believe that emotional wellbeing is built through relational healing - with others, with ourselves, and with the wider world.
That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
A Two-Part Approach
ReConnect Scotland exists to support that healing through two complementary spaces:
1. Our Therapy Centre
We specialise in relational therapy — a way of working that focuses on the relationships that matter most in your life. This might mean couples therapy, family therapy, or exploring dynamics with a friend, colleague, or parent. Even when you come to therapy on your own, you bring your relationships with you: the echoes of past experiences, family patterns, unmet needs, and the ways you’ve learned to connect with others. Together, we look at these relational maps, so you can begin to understand them, shift what no longer serves you, and feel more connected, more understood, and more yourself.
2. The ReConnect Hub
Loneliness is something many of us carry, often quietly. In Scotland, nearly 1 in 4 adults feel lonely every week, with even higher rates among young women and people living alone or with health challenges. These numbers reflect something we already know deep down: it’s not always easy to build and keep meaningful relationships in adulthood. Our hub is a gentle response to this. Through creative spaces, workshops, and circles, we make room for people to come together in ways that feel natural and genuine. It’s not about small talk or forced socialising — it’s about shared experiences, simple creativity, and the kind of connection that helps us feel seen, supported, and a little less alone.
